Good to know
Venues give strict breakdown windows and loading-bay slots, so tell us the venue, hall and your breakdown time as early as possible. Materials stored after the event in a warehouse or workshop can also be cleared later.
What affects the price
There are no fixed prices on this website because no two jobs are the same. Your quote mainly depends on:
- Volume of stand materials
- Venue loading slot and passes
- Breakdown time window
- Collection from venue or warehouse
How it works
- Send photos or a short video of the items and your location on WhatsApp.
- We review the job size, access and building rules, then send your quote.
- Agree a date and time. We arrive, load everything and leave the space clear.
